Built in 1882, The Painted Lady was once the church rectory and has a classic exterior featuring multiple gables, brilliant shingles, windowed turrets, and a welcoming entry finished with a myriad of Victorian nuances.

On the first floor is the Next Door Burger Bar with sophisticated bistro tables, plenty of fun outdoor dining, “beach friendly” take-out and a relaxed dining room, serving up the best burgers on Cape Cod (and “adult” milkshakes, of course!).

The Painted Lady building has 8 charming rooms, all individually furnished and whimsically decorated. Common amenities include flat screen TV’s, private in-room baths, A/C and WiFi. Some feature gas fireplaces, and some with 2-person massage whirlpool tubs or Jacuzzi (2 rooms are “pet friendly”). All rooms have access to common areas with refrigerators and Keurigs.
