Built in 1882, The Painted Lady was once the church rectory and has a classic exterior featuring multiple gables, brilliant shingles, windowed turrets, and a welcoming entry finished with a myriad of Victorian nuances.

On the first floor is the Next Door Burger Bar with sophisticated bistro tables, plenty of fun outdoor dining, "beach friendly" take-out and a relaxed dining room, serving up the best burgers on Cape Cod (and "adult" milkshakes, of course!). There are two additional dining rooms on the Belfry property, The Belfry Bistro for fine dining in a converted 1901 church, and The Seal for "coastally inspired" tapas and cocktails in a converted art gallery. There are many indoor and outdoor common areas throughout the property to catch your breath (...aaah).

The Painted Lady building has 8 charming rooms, all individually furnished and whimsically decorated. Common amenities include flat screen TV’s, private in-room baths, A/C and WiFi. Some feature gas fireplaces, and some with 2-person massage whirlpool tubs or Jacuzzi (2 rooms are "pet friendly"). All rooms have access to common areas with refrigerators and Keurigs. Continental breakfast is included. Guests are encouraged to utilize the inn's complimentary Self Guided Driving Tours as they explore Cape Cod's coasts to find the Cape's hottest "hot spots" and most tucked away, hidden treasures!
